GC Realty & Development LLC in Roselle, IL is excited to invite applications for a full-time Residential Leasing Agent to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the leasing process for assigned properties across southern Chicago (Bronzeville, Hyde Park, Bridgeport and surrounding areas).

This isn't a typical leasing role. You won't be competing with other agents for showings - instead, you'll have your own dedicated portfolio of properties. Every showing opportunity is yours. • Hourly Pay: $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience) + Commission with earning potential of $60,000 per year plus!

What You'll Do

As our Residential Leasing Agent, you'll:

• Show your assigned properties and provide an outstanding experience for prospective tenants
• Coordinate weekly showing schedules and pre-walk vacant units
• Capture and update marketing photos and videos
• Respond promptly to leads with detailed knowledge of available properties
• Work closely with Property Managers to lease homes quickly and efficiently
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, from showing to signed lease
• Inspect homes prior to move-in for quality control
• Always uphold Fair Housing standards and GC Realty processes

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Illinois Leasing Agent License required
• At least 1 year of leasing experience (3+ years preferred)
• A customer-focused professional who loves building relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and "GSD" attitude
• Comfortable working throughout Chicagoland with weekly office meetings in Roselle
