This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 (based on years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus of $12,500 or loan repayment
• Relocation Assistance is case by case
• Production Bonus based on annual patient encounters, with incremental earnings per visit beyond threshold
• Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
• Seeing Pediatric Patients (ages 1-20)
• Average 18 patients per day
• Perform preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services in a solo-site setting
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to commit to a 3-year contract term
• Open to H-1B and J1 visa candidates
