Practice Details

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Starting at $300K, with additional productivity bonuses.
- Sign-On and Relocation Bonus: $100K incentive package.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Eligibility for an Illinois medical license.
