Senior Strategic FP&A Analyst - Burr Ridge

LaSalle Network has partnered with a high growth industrial services organization in Burr Ridge, IL to hire on a new Strategic FP&A Senior Financial Analyst. This isn't your average FP&A role. You will own financial models, influence leadership decisions, and shape the future of a fast-growing manufacturing company.

Candidates with backgrounds in Transaction Advisory Services, Deal Advisory, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance are strongly encouraged to apply. All applicants must have hands-on experience building financial models from scratch in Excel.

Strategy Finance Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Dynamic model development to forecast performance, evaluate initiatives, and guide strategic decisions
• LTV and customer profitability analysis driving pricing and growth strategy
• Data storytelling—translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Cross-functional partnership with senior leaders in Operations, Sales, and Executive leadership
• Process optimization, automation, and reporting improvements across the finance function
• Investment analysis, capital planning, and strategic forecasting support
• M&A and acquisition evaluation support through financial modeling and due diligence

Strategy Finance Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Proven Excel modeling skills—model-building from scratch required
• LTV and unit economics modeling experience highly preferred
• Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platform experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Manufacturing or product-based business experience a plus
• On-site availability in Burr Ridge 3 days/week

Key Details:

• Work Model: This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite)
• Compensation: $120,000- $135,000 base salary with eligibility to earn a 20% bonus
