Sr. Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager who can operate both strategically and tactically to ensure program success. Strategic responsibilities include aligning initiatives with business objectives and driving long-term outcomes. Tactical responsibilities include managing day-to-day program activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in specialty pharmacy, with pharmacy fulfillment knowledge considered a strong plus. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and execution skills in a virtual environment.

Skills and Requirements
8-10 years of experience within Project ManagementExposure to Program Management from the perspective of understanding strategy and how to be tactical within an organization.
Non-IT project management experience
Pharmacy experience
Experience working cross-functionally between teams like IT, professional practices, legal, etc. Specialty pharma
