- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to determine scope.
- Obtain and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate bids.
- Track historical cost data and assist in budget development.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and handoffs to project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant estimating or construction experience (internships considered).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
- A collaborative, detail-driven mindset with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
