Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal development
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and students
- Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment for school-aged children
- Capable of managing a diverse caseload with excellent organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments in accordance with student needs and IEP objectives
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on educational access and participation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students individually and in groups
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and required professional development
- Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
