Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in hospice care for a travel assignment in the Southeast Suburbs, Illinois. This role involves providing compassionate care within patients' homes for those with terminal illnesses. As a Home Hospice RN, you will work independently in the field, supported by a comprehensive team.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel
- Provide end-of-life care and symptom management
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and use wound vacs
- Manage drains such as Pleurex, nephrostomy, and Foley catheters
- Coordinate care and educate patients and families
- Conduct triage and patient assessments
Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel
- 3 years of experience in Home Hospice or Home Health
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably EPIC Remote Client
