Senior HR Generalist
We are seeking a part-time to full-time Senior HR Generalist to join our home care team in support of our Illinois and Indiana Offices. This role will primarily be responsible for recruting and administrative support.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing,m and onboarding
- Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS system, ensuring accura y and integrity
- Generate reports and analytics as needed
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee benfit related questions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or experience
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of recrutiing best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paycor, WorkforceNow, or similar systems)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- knowledge of state and federal employment laws (including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
