Responsibilities:
- General Office Support: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and project timelines for staff and executives.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Invoicing & Billing: Assist in the preparation of invoices and perform data entry of billing information for clients and suppliers.
- Communication: Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and correspondence. Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform various other administrative duties as needed, including data entry and customer support.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certifications in office administration or business preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical contracting terminology or industry experience is a plus.

Pay: $18--$24 per hour, adjustable for the right candidate.
