Position Type: Fulltime/ Direct Hire

As a CNC Programmer, you will:

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using MasterCam software
• Program CNC lathes, vertical mills, and multi-axis horizontal boring

mills for precision machining

• Create and modify machine setups, including tool paths and cutting

parameters

• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient

and accurate machining

• Analyze and optimize programs to reduce cycle times and increase

tool life

• Work closely with machinist to ensure programs are executed

accurately and efficiently

• Address issues related to programming, tooling, and machine setup,

and implement corrective actions

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of CNC programs, tool

lists, and setup sheets

• Ensure all programs comply with company quality standards and

industry best practices

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in CNC programming and machining

technologies

• Identify and implement improvements in programming processes and

techniques

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Develop programs for a CNC tube bender utilizing YLM programming

software

The ideal candidate will have:

• Preferred Education: Associate\'s degree or certification in CNC

programming or manufacturing technology preferred

• 3+ years manufacturing / programming CNC lathes, mills and

multi-axis machines

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software using solid modeling is essential

(Mastercam preferred)

• Strong understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings using

GD&T

• Comfortable working in a shop floor setting with noise, dust, and

varying temperatures

• Comfortable working in an office setting

Shift: 1st shift position

Full time Direct Hire

Location: Brimfield, IL

Annual Salary Range: \$60K to \$70K

Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several

factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
