Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls on unsold leads to support Install team and achieve sales goals.
  • Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and text with customers and team.
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and develop your skills.
  • Provide customers with a positive experience through every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in remote or phone-based sales.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, with high integrity, and a can-do attitude.
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE GREATER CHICAGO AREA

· Proven ability to close sales and build lasting customer relationships

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
