AWC is hiring several Shuttle Drivers for days or night positions - This is a casual (part time) position and the shift is 5:30am-5:30pm OR 5:30pm-5:30am and you must be able to work the full shifts on every weekend with some shifts during the week (days & nights) as needed. This position is 100% outdoors driving/moving the new vehicles around our yard. We require a valid drivers license with a good driving record and you must be able to pass a drug test and background check. AWC pays weekly and we are an amazing family company!

Competitive pay starting at $32.00 per hour with pay increases based on the collective bargaining agreement.

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable New Vehicle Transporters/Shuttle Drivers to join our team on a Casual basis (part-time to full-time). The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of new vehicles from our customer's factory to the staging yard/rail yard. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport new vehicles to specified staging areas using company-provided transport equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage before and after transportation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, and other team members.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of vehicle handling and safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
