Smile Jobs is working with Downers Grove Dentistry and Orthodontics to find an Associate Dentist to join the team!
Join our growing dental family in Downers Grove! We’re seeking a dedicated associate dentist to become a part of our team. Our practice has built a strong, loyal patient base by being a comprehensive, one-stop shop for all dental needs. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for both patients and staff, making each day enjoyable and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
- Work collaboratively with dental staff and hygienists to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all health regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
