Marketing Analytics Manager - Remote

About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing team! This role plays a key part in driving business growth by delivering actionable insights that enhance our marketing initiatives and campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics, this role is responsible for campaign and program-level reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Direct Mail Marketing Strategy, Commercial Finance, Data Science, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. What You'll Do Analyze complex marketing data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels, offering optimization recommendations and identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to refine marketing approaches and maximize effectiveness.
Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support the launch of new partnerships by providing data-driven recommendations.
Build and maintain marketing performance forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) before, during, and after campaign launches.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines—all while maintaining attention to detail. What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An advanced degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in direct mail marketing analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Looker, and Excel (Python or R experience is a plus).
Experience designing and implementing testing methodologies for marketing campaigns. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
Strong experience with SQL & Snowflake for data querying.
Working knowledge of Looker or similar data visualization tools.
