As a Power Apps Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of low-code digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to transform manual, complex processes into scalable, automated, and user-friendly applications. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, managing data integration and governance, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting app maintenance and user training. You will be instrumental in driving business innovation through modern, AI-enabled, and cost-effective digital solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Accelerate digital innovation, reduce costs, automate processes, enhance data insights, streamline results, and empower the workforce by eliminating waste.
- Develop business solutions leveraging Microsoft applications, with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Support activities like requirements gathering, app development, automation, user acceptance testing, data management, and training.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintain Power Apps tailored to organizational needs.
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows for automation, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
- Develop architecture strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design models, integration pipelines, and data storage solutions to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand data needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
- Define and enforce digital governance, quality standards, and security measures.
- Optimize digital solutions for efficiency and troubleshoot issues for reliable performance.
What You Will Need:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience designing and building solutions using Power Platform.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data storage/services in cloud environments.
- Experience creating, automating, and maintaining business systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management.
- Experience with AI integration in low-code solutions.
- Background in business process improvement or Lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of design thinking.
Salary ranges from $100,500 to $215,300 plus bonuses and benefits. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and other insurance, as well as retirement plans and stock purchase options.
