Full Time (Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm)

Pay: $18 / hour

***$1,000 Sign-On Bonus***

Performs and completes basic essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the Distribution Center.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll complete daily tasks and collaborate on some projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Read pick tickets and distinguish the location and part number

• Pick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticket

• Pick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticket

• Visually identify that part in location is correct per description and part number listed on pick ticket

• Use repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Required to; stoop, kneel, crouch, sit and climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• 18+ years of age

• High School Diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant work experience

• The Ability to match part numbers and enter data within systems

• Previous experience in warehouse setting is plus, but not required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.

You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
