Parts Counterperson
Description of the role: As a Parts Counter-person at Martin Chevrolet in Crystal Lake, IL, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of automotive parts and accessories. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and thorough product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Prior experience in a parts department or automotive dealership
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year paid weekly
