What will you do?

• Serve legal documents within to individuals and businesses
• Take detailed notes and photos, documenting your attempts when serving legal documents

• Work during targeted hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, when people are most likely to be home.

• Be pleasant and personable with the people you meet and to whom you deliver documents

• Use our industry-leading mobile app to manage your workload, track stops, and map your routes

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must be licensed, registered or willing to do so as a private detective to serve in counties with population less than 2 million. All servers in IL must have a valid PERC card.

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance

• Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app

• Ability to scan and print documents - A Printer and Scanner are required for this role.

• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
