Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician (Food Manufacturing)

If you can trace a fault from a diagram to a component and bring a chilled production line back to spec, we should talk. Join our 2nd shift maintenance team keeping a leading food operation running safely and efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Own preventive and corrective maintenance across production and facility systems
- Read/interpret electrical schematics; diagnose and repair to the component level
- Maintain, install, and repair motors, conveyors, coolers, and auxiliary systems
- Disassemble/reassemble slicing and packaging machinery for service
- Support equipment installs and line moves
- Document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance reports accurately
- Embed safety and GMP best practices into every task

Do you have the background?
- 3+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Comfort operating in a refrigerated food production environment
- Flexibility for occasional Saturdays
- Willing to complete a skills assessment during the interview process
Bonus points
- PLC troubleshooting or basic programming experience
- Hands-on with food manufacturing, packaging, or processing equipment
- Exposure to ammonia refrigeration or industrial utilities
