Service Advisor
Service Advisor- Full Time The ideal candidate is customer-focused with the ability to assess vehicle needs accurately, and the expertise to coordinate technician workflow while ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. - Uphold and understand manufacturer warranty guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the service lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information, and accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs
- Ensure final invoices align with completed work and explain all warranty, services, and charges to customers
- Establish clear follow-up timelines with customers
- Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, in person and via phone, to ensure thorough and professional handling of all concerns
- Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity
- Ensure technician time is consistently utilized
- Send digital multi-point inspections for customers to review, in addition to printing physical copies
- Collect payments from responsible parties for all repairs
- Facilitate a positive customer experience by completing additional tasks as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor with exceptional communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and coordinating team activities
- Professional appearance, maintaining a well-groomed and polished image
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Average yearly earnings of $60,000-$85,000
