We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales - B2B Salesperson
This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.
Job Title: HVAC Service Agreement Sales - B2B Sales
Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Scale: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $100K +

What you will be doing:
- To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities
- Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable
- Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans
- Strong Sales aptitude
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Extremely organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects
- Time and activity management skills
- Ability to climb a ladder
