Position Overview

We are seeking 1099 Contract CDL Driver Recruiter experienced independent/contract recruiters to join our growing team. As a 1099 contractor, you control your hours, workflow, and earning potential . If you have experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or general recruiting, this is a high-paying remote opportunity .

Responsibilities

• Source CDL-A truck drivers through job boards, social media, and outreach
• Screen drivers for qualifications (experience, endorsements, MVR, etc.)
• Match drivers with carrier openings that fit their background
• Submit driver applications to carriers and follow up on status
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruiter portal

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (CDL/trucking preferred)
• Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job boards
• Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% commission
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
• Ability to manage your own leads and follow-up process

Pay Structure

• 80% commission for Recruiters
• Paid per driver hired and seated with carriers
• No cap on earnings – the more hires, the more you earn
