Front-of-House Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Superstars: You’ll be the face of Crazy Bowls & Wraps, greeting guests with a friendly smile, taking orders, and making sure every customer feels welcome and valued. Whether it’s in-person or on the phone, you’re all about creating a positive experience!
• Order Management: Take accurate orders and ensure they’re prepared exactly how our guests want them. You’ll be the bridge between our kitchen and customers, making sure the right food gets to the right people!
• Upselling & Recommendations: Help guide guests through our menu and suggest new items or upgrades. Whether they’re a regular or first-timer, you’ll show them the full range of delicious options!
• Cash Handling & Register: Operate the register, handle payments accurately, and process orders efficiently. You’ll be managing the front end and keeping things organized as the flow of customers keeps moving.
• Keeping the Dining Area Clean & Tidy: From wiping down tables to making sure condiment stations are stocked, you’ll help maintain a welcoming and spotless dining environment.
• Teamwork & Communication: You’ll work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's a busy lunch rush or a relaxed dinner shift, you’ll always stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
• Problem Solving: If an issue comes up (whether it’s a mistaken order or a guest’s request), you’ll handle it with professionalism, turning any potential hiccup into a great experience for the guest.

What You’ll Be Doing:
