As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerome Ivie - State Farm Agent, your role is essential to our daily business operations and to ensuring our customers' success. - Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth, with a special focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
- Conduct policy reviews, provide personalized recommendations, and address questions effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Manage the resolution of complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Leverage your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads in either language.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable initiating and engaging in sales conversations with diverse clients.
