Labor Relations Specialist
- Develop strong relationships across the organization and collaborate with leadership to manage labor relations functions effectively
- Address labor relations matters, including union grievances, conflict resolution, and collective bargaining negotiations
- Act as a liaison between the company and labor unions, ensuring open communication and fostering productive relationships
- Provide expert guidance on labor laws, union contracts, and workplace policies to ensure compliance and best practices
- Conduct investigations into labor-related disputes and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and workplace effectiveness strategies
- Support leadership in change management initiatives related to labor agreements or organizational adjustments
- Partner with HR teams to ensure labor relations policies align with broader company goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in labor relations, including union negotiations and grievance handling
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with unions, employees, and management
