Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist partners with creative and cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing briefs and campaigns that drive brand engagement and awareness. This role focuses on transforming insights into compelling creative outputs that connect with target audiences and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to develop creative briefs that translate marketing strategies into effective creative outputs
- Inspire creative solutions and generate innovative ideas aligned with brand objectives
- Identify cultural events, trends, and consumer mindsets to inform campaign strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategically driven creative campaigns and content
- Write campaign-level briefs and identify necessary data and insights
- Assess creative work to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Participate in the development of communication plans and tactical execution briefs
- Leverage insights to craft clear and compelling narratives
- Stay current with culture, technology, and business trends to drive innovation
- Develop strategic points of view and recommend alternative solutions
- Communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively
- Influence and support development of brand-aligned creative concepts
- Share knowledge and contribute to team learning
- Deliver high-quality content that engages teams and motivates consumer action
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field
- More than 4 years of experience in a high-level communications environment, preferably within an advertising agency
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exposure to consumer insights and behavioral analysis
