We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and client events that reflect our company’s high standards. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, catering, accommodations, and equipment.

• Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines with accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences.

• Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth execution and rapid problem-solving.

• Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports to measure success and improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in event planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
