✅ Position: Line Operator

📍 Location: East Moline, IL

🕒 Shifts Available:

• 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery and equipment for smooth production flow
• Safely handle blades using hand tools
• Inspect products for quality and prepare for painting
• Rotate through four key positions during your shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 40–50 lbs
• General labor or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Work Environment:

Production, welding, shipping/receiving, and engineering departments. Be prepared for occasional high temperatures near the furnace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
