High Volume Upscale Manager Opportunity
An upscale restaurant is searching for a strong front-of-house leader in the Lombard area. A prior high-volume upscale dining experience and the ability to foster a climate of service and execution at a very high level are a plus. The company has a very structured and systems-driven culture and is looking for a leader who can hold a team accountable while creating a positive work climate. 100% scratch kitchen, excellent compensation ($65k-$80k plus bonus), paid benefits, and a culture with tremendous attainable growth potential.
