Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and passionate Lead Educator Teachers and Assistant Educator Teachers to join our vibrant team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children’s lives by providing engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction. You will work in a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to early childhood education excellence.

Duties

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, focusing on literacy, math, and overall childhood development
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and effective classroom management
• Support children’s individual needs, including those with autism or disabilities, through tailored activities and behavior management strategies
• Maintain open communication with parents and team members about children’s progress and developmental milestones
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development
• Supervise daily activities, including toddler care, preschool routines, and Montessori-based learning experiences

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools
• Knowledge of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and working with children with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Strong lesson planning skills with an understanding of literacy education, math concepts, and curriculum development
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Classroom management expertise to create a nurturing yet structured learning environment
• Experience with Montessori methods or toddler care is a plus
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
