Office Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

• Dispatch customer service calls to service technicians in a timely manner
• Enter in new, swapped, or pick-up equipment into our VMS (Vending Management System)
• Set up new customer accounts in VMS as new customers are assigned
• Manage a list of OCS (Office Coffee Service) customers with continued follow-up on product needs and AR balances
• Receive coffee orders and manage them through completion
• Manage deposits from previous days collects
• Generate rental billings on monthly basis
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Reliability
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Can do attitude
• Willingness to learn new things
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
