Our client is actively seeking a Production Specialist I to join their growing team in Clinton, IL ! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products that make a real impact.

As a Production Specialist I , you’ll play an essential role in the creation and packaging of precision tubing and cut pieces that meet and exceed customer specifications. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations on the production floor—including assisting with line setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment as needed. This position offers a balance of technical skill, attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow your knowledge across multiple aspects of the production process.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 3rd Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret all work orders to follow specific production instructions accurately.
• Perform and document regular quality checks using appropriate measuring tools.
• Complete all required paperwork clearly, accurately, and in compliance with ISO, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Conduct random product inspections every 5–10 minutes to maintain top-tier product quality.
• Verify that all materials, packaging supplies, and quality control instruments are correct and available for each job.
• Generate and apply accurate labels for all cartons and spools.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in setups, changeovers, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
