Our kitchen team includes both new and experienced cooks, creating a supportive environment that values learning and high standards.

Our unique service fee model ensures that all hourly staff—from our front-of-house team to cooks and dishwashers—are part of the service fee pool. This innovative approach allows us to offer competitive wages, with cooks earning $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

While culinary skill is important, we value teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
