Your responsibilities as a Dentist

• Provide dental care to patients, guiding them throughout their treatment journey.
• Conduct medical examinations of the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaw.
• Work closely with orthodontic colleagues to define treatment plans and support complex cases.
• Advise patients on oral hygiene and implement preventive care measures.
• Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and continuity of care.
• Contribute to targets related to revenue, patient retention, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with your local team to ensure comprehensive care and support colleagues when needed.
• Share insights and best practices with international teams across other countries.

Your profile

• Local dental licence and solid clinical experience.
• Strong interest in new technologies and orthodontics.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of dental diagnostic and billing codes, with experience in clinical documentation.
• Proactive attitude and interest in developments in dentistry that improve patient outcomes.
• Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality care.
• Fluent in English.

• Variable compensation paid quarterly, with an annual range of $30,000–$39,000 on top of fixed compensation.
