Duties
- Safely operate a School Bus following a set route and schedule
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, especially children
- Maintain order and discipline among passengers, utilizing behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
- Keep the school bus clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with transportation staff and passengers
Perks & Compensation
- $27.00 $35.00/hour , depending on experience
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for fully endorsed drivers (School Bus Permit/Class D)
- $250 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers (non-endorsed)
- $500 Referral Bonus *
- Birthday Pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses
