Enterprise Sourcing Manager (Remote)

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs.
- Negotiate favorable terms and manage long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Procure a wide range of goods and services, including IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management.
- Conduct rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
- Optimize spending and contribute to significant cost savings through effective sourcing strategies.
- Improve supplier relationships by maintaining clear and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required)
- Expertise in negotiating terms and managing contracts with suppliers (Required)
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies (Required)
- Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)
