Open Positions:

• Position 1: Lake in the Hills, IL – Serve 20 students, 15 hours per week.
• Position 2: Morton Grove, IL – Serve 20 students, 15 hours per week.
• Position 3: Rockford, IL – Caseload TBD, 15 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an OT or COTA.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy for students in school-based environments.
• Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
