Open Positions:
- Position 1: Lake in the Hills, IL – Serve 20 students, 15 hours per week.
- Position 2: Morton Grove, IL – Serve 20 students, 15 hours per week.
- Position 3: Rockford, IL – Caseload TBD, 15 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an OT or COTA.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to assigned locations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy for students in school-based environments.
- Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
