Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Illinois state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with teletherapy and comfort using online platforms for virtual sessions
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners with varied speech, language, and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), set targeted goals, and track progress
• Deliver direct and virtual speech therapy services according to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all students and sessions
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families regarding speech-language strategies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
