Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Illinois state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings is highly valued
- Familiarity with teletherapy and comfort using online platforms for virtual sessions
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners with varied speech, language, and communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), set targeted goals, and track progress
- Deliver direct and virtual speech therapy services according to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all students and sessions
- Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families regarding speech-language strategies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
