JETSET Pilates is seeking energetic, passionate, and client-focused Instructors to deliver exceptional fitness experiences through our signature 50-minute choreographed Pilates classes. Instructors play a vital role in creating a welcoming, motivating, and results-driven environment while helping clients safely achieve their fitness goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to building meaningful relationships within the studio community. JETSET Pilates Instructors serve as brand ambassadors, embodying the culture, energy, and standards that make the JETSET experience unique.

Duties and Responsibilities

Instruction & Client Experience

• Lead engaging, high-energy 50-minute choreographed Pilates classes in accordance with JETSET Pilates standards.
• Guide clients safely and effectively through workouts while providing modifications and form corrections as needed.
• Create a supportive and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels and experience backgrounds.
• Deliver a consistent, on-brand class experience that promotes client satisfaction and retention.
• Encourage proper technique, alignment, and movement patterns to ensure client safety and success.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster a sense of connection and community within the studio.

Community Engagement

• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that reflects the JETSET Pilates culture and values.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and the local community.
• Support studio events, community initiatives, and member engagement activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the studio.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with studio leadership and fellow instructors to support overall studio success.
• Maintain open communication with management regarding client feedback, studio needs, and scheduling matters.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with additional studio responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Brand Standards & Professionalism

• Consistently uphold JETSET Pilates coaching standards, service expectations, and company policies.
• Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of studio offerings, programs, and initiatives.
• Represent the JETSET Pilates brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.

• Previous Pilates, group fitness, or fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate groups in a dynamic, music-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community building.
• Ability to create positive connections with clients and team members.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to teach scheduled classes consistently and assist with class coverage when available.
• Participation in ongoing training and development opportunities as required.
