Contract Recruiter
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Customer Success roles
- Source passive candidates using creative, non-traditional methods
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent
- Conduct screenings and guide candidates through the interview process
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience
- Track activity and manage pipelines within the ATS
- Operate independently while adapting to shifting priorities
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates without LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for Sales or Customer Success roles
- Background in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Ability to work onsite in Skokie, IL consistently
- Competitive hourly pay at $40–$45/hour
