Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1st shift), 8:00-5:00pm.

What You'll Do:

• Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, and to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
• This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
• This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies, identifying priority issues, and driving resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams in the organization.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and pivot tables.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• A willingness to develop business understanding and contribute to the team effort.
• The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods, or technical components.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (Power BI).
