Were seeking passionate, driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as founding executives and shape the future of our survivor-centered products, Gida and Kudi.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Lead day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping the development and workflow of Gida and Kudi, ensuring seamless product execution aligned with our mission.

You bring:

• Proven leadership and operational expertise
• Experience driving growth in mission-driven organizations
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in remote settings
• Bonus: Tech or social services experience
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Management, or related field

Lead the software architecture and product development of Gida and Kudi. You will shape scalable, secure, and user-first tech solutions that empower survivors.

You bring:

• Strong software engineering and product development background
• Experience leading tech strategy and architecture
• Collaborative leadership skills
• US-based or open to relocating within 12 years
• Bonus: Startup/high-growth environment experience
