What You'll Do:In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position: Product Content Specialist-Amazon. This position helps drive the e-commerce business of our accounts by providing them with the necessary content to properly portray our products in a consistent fashion. This support can come in the form of setting up items on their vendor portal or providing images, videos, and brand content for online sales. The Specialist arranges the proper distribution of approved imagery and promotional materials and helps evaluate the impact of our efforts by comparing this support with sales results.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- E-Commerce Product Set-Up and Monitoring
- Support Wilson’s e-commerce accounts by managing the item set-up process, maintaining appropriate brand pages, and partnering with the retailer to identify sales and marketing opportunities
- Complete account-requested forms and use external applications to communicate all necessary information
- Act as the liaison between marketing/commercial and customer accounts to provide images, videos, and other brand content for all set-up requests
- Manage content on our accounts’ websites and identify opportunities for promotions and athletic events to promote Wilson Sporting Goods’ brands
- Activity Reports
- Review and summarize the competition by frequently monitoring accounts websites, auditing items and compiling a competitive assortment
- Create online assortment sheets
- Customer Service
- Field account inquiries for content, issues, or questions regarding information or capabilities
- Resolve escalated promotional and item issues to ensure proper service
- Account Building
- Strategize with assigned Sales Representative groups
- Build strong relationships with accounts by focusing on specific customer needs, problem solving, and prompt follow up
- Execute a Digital Game Plan
What We're Looking For :
This role requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing, plus 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or working with e-commerce platforms. A passion for sports or sports brands is always a plus!
Other qualifications include:
- Attention to detail with outstanding follow-through and time management skills : Able to multi-task and complete all duties on time amongst conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients in intense situations.
- Ability to Adapt: Able to quickly change priorities and focus based upon the business demands.
- Self-confidence and excellent communication skills: Able to work independently and communicate with multiple teams and levels within an array of brands (matrix environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis)
- Solid Customer Service and Presentation Skills (Phone, Email, In-person)
What We’ll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000 - $75,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
