WHAT DOES A COPY SUPERVISOR DO?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc) A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teamsOUR CULTURAL BELIEFS:
