JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Agile Delivery: Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self‑organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and Enable Agile Teams: Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability.
• Drive Value with Product and Stakeholders: Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
• Remove Impediments and Accelerate Decisions: Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influencing.
• Enable Data‑Driven Improvement and Reporting: Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision‑making through relevant metrics and reporting.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelors Degree required with 10+ years experience OR
• Master’s Degree with 8+ years experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and data

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional team collaboration
• Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders
