Bilingual Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and proficiency with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate in-house projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain tracking systems for internal job assignments.

• Schedule and oversee production team activities to meet operational goals.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, labor hours, and expenses.

• Conduct inspections and prepare repair estimates as needed.

• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding project updates.

• Support team members with complex or high-demand projects.

• Update internal systems with project progress and documentation.

• Lead and manage a production team of approximately 10 employees.

• Operate forklifts, yard spotters, and other equipment as required.

• Coordinate and manage fieldwork, including occasional out-of-state travel.

• Oversee inventory, procurement of supplies, shipping/receiving, and related documentation.

• Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as steam generators (training provided).

• Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed.

• Conduct daily team huddles with management to review goals and priorities.

• Track employee hours and prepare required inspection reports.

• Maintain DOT logs and provide inspection documentation to customers.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.

• Ability to prioritize, plan, and schedule effectively.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and focus under pressure.
