Connected Commerce Specialist

GPN manufactures and markets the full range of performance nutrition and lifestyle products including protein, pre-workout, muscle gainers, ready-to-eat snacks and general health.

We are hiring a Connected Commerce Specialist whichis a newly created role that will work closely with the full cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution of retail support plans. Duties & responsibilities include

• Works collaboratively with Connected Commerce Manager on execution of programs, facilitating work flow for projects in development, ensuring timely approvals and production delivery with brand
• Assist Connected Commerce Manager in the creation of briefs for agency and retailer activations along with creative services to ensure a holistic strategy that aligns with National and Retailer tentpoles/communication
• Collaborate with creative services to ensure asset delivery for campaign launches
• Support Connected Commerce Manager in tracking, pulling and organizing data from internal and external sources across multiple sales channels & brands
• Support Connected Commerce Manager in creating post campaign recaps for internal stakeholders that highlight performance and learnings from campaigns
• Financial support - Assist Connected Commerce Manager with securing PO’s, tracking invoices and performing monthly reconciliation of customer programming accruals in collaboration with brand team; resolve accounting discrepancies with Finance department and external vendors
• Competitive and Trend Analysis – Spend time in all retail environments documenting and reporting on current trends across merchandising solutions, shelf solutions, marketing solutions, etc. Build out monthly retail marketing communication showcasing trends and noting implications of those trends for our brands.
• Evergreen tools and tactics – manage an inventory of evergreen/ templated merchandising catalog, always available for customer and experiential teams to use for tactical and ad-hoc needs

Experience & qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of media experience, preferably in Retail Media or Shopper Marketing
• Comfortable working and learning in dashboards, retail platforms and analyzing spreadsheets to gather insights
• High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
• Efficiency in Excel: basic functions such as pivot tables, vlookups and formulas to communicate success of Connected Commerce activations

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the annual salary for this role is $60,000-80,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
