Recruitment Manager
- Manage, coach, and develop one recruiter, ensuring recruitment targets and service levels are met.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent strategy.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans, including sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with health care hiring regulations and organizational policies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a positive candidate experience through onboarding.
- Leverage technology and tools (e.g., ATS, job boards, social media) to streamline recruiting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
- 2+ years of people management or mentorship experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, including clinical and administrative positions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and health care hiring best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
