The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll operate as a key site leader, supporting both people and performance. You will:

• Partner closely with the Site Manager to drive daily operations and results.
• Lead shifts independently, making real-time decisions and directing team members.
• Coach, train, and develop CSRs and site staff to deliver strong service and sales performance.
• Reinforce a service-driven, sales-accountable culture , especially around memberships.
• Actively coach team members on guest engagement and club plan conversion.
• Handle opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
• Maintain site standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Address performance issues professionally and consistently.

Who This Role Is For:

This role is best suited for leaders who already have experience guiding teams. You’re someone who:

• Has previous supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Is confident giving direction, feedback, and coaching in real time.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with both guests and team members.
• Stays calm, focused, and decisive in fast-paced environments.
• Understands how strong service directly impacts sales performance.
• Is comfortable being accountable for results, not just effort.
• Has experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Has sales experience and can coach others to meet goals.

• $18/hour base pay , with additional earning potential through active club plan sales.
